specimens were found), and other Collectors. You can set up address books
for each type as well as contact information then print mailing labels
from them.
Organization
- Specimens can be organized into as many collections as needed.
Definition -
Each specimen can be described with as little or as much detail as you
want including a place for a picture of the piece.
Facts - You
can define and enter basic facts about a specimen.
Storage -
You can manage the inventory for each piece in your collection - where is
it now and how is it stored?
Information
- Keep directions to a collecting site, stories about a trip, additional
information about a specific specimen - anything you want.
References -
You can link external references such as maps, books, pictures, websites,
etc. to a specimen, a collector, a site.
Summaries -
You can search what you have entered and filter the results.
Reports -
Various reports are available for viewing and printing.
